Hi everyone and welcome to my fitness blog. For those new to my blog or are new to me, my name is Dr Lolah Soyombo- Akingbade, i am a Christian, a pharmacist by day and a fitness freak by night. I am married to my God-given husband Goke and together we have the best gift, a beautiful daughter, Demi.
I started this blog in 2013 because of my passion for Working out. However, along the way, recently actually the Lord showed me more of what this blog was truly about. His vision through me for this blog is to provide an avenue to empower mothers towards fulfilling their God-given purpose both physically and spiritually, so they are prepared to teach Christ to their children. Our children are the next generation and it is our duty as parents to teach them a lifestyle of Christ so they do not depart from it when they are older. 2 Timothy 2
Through this blog, i pray you find inspiration for your purpose as Wives, and mothers and also towards achieving the purpose God placed you on earth for.
I am very passionate about living a life full of the purpose God has placed in my life, by living a healthy lifestyle, being a virtuous wife and a Godly mother to my children. I love working out, eating (although some would argue that this is not true loll), spending time with my family, and fitness related to fashion.
Foundation of this blog
I owe everything to Christ, and i dedicate this blog to him. I believe that in everything we do, we need to acknowledge him, hence the name of the blog. It actually came randomly when i needed a facebook name change and is taken from the Bible 2 Timothy 2

My advice and tips come from my own personal experience and some research i have done online or learned from other fitness freaks like myself. I am also a certified Nutritionist and Weight Management Specialist. Also, you are welcome to write me with ideas for blog posts, recipes etc
